Major projects:  Installation and commissioning Johnson factory.

Projects size:  8M Euro.

Highlights:

• Established a new factory in Bilbas as well as oversaw the installation of 5 new production line and its process area and utilities.

• Successfully oversaw the implementations of project inclusive of identifying consultants and contractors till inception to completion.

• Instrumental in planning and executing Safety, Health and environment standard program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directed, monitored/coordinated, sectional processes, evaluations/plans to guarantee standard running conditions of all utilities and plant..

• Prepared equipment maintenance schedules, monitoring implementation of the same to meet established production targets, troubleshooting problems/abnormal occurrences, advising on most suitable remedy & optimizing operations to ensure minimum disruption.

• Investigated work accidents, injuries, illness & property loss to determine causes/preventive measures. Reported/reviewed findings along with recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

• Organized safety, health & environmental trainings to familiarize employees regarding EHS policy/procedures, confirmed adherence to the same to eliminate unsafe practices posing health/safety risks to employees.

• Maintained/measured SHE progress as well as incorporate optimal cost-effective compliance management.

• Provided suitable occupational & preventive medical services to SCJ employees taking into account the size of the labor force, prospective workplace & environmental hazards.

• Oversaw strategic development and implementation of global SHE standards program in 10 accountability areas:

-          Management direction.
